📋 Description

• Manage Sales and Customer Success from the initial consultation through long-term support • Advise parents and students, recommend learning solutions, and match them with suitable tutors • Generate sales, promote tutoring packages, and successfully close contracts • Build customer relationships, manage the customer base, and optimize the learning experience • Increase revenue through upselling strategies and targeted referrals

🎯 Requirements

• Very good German language skills (C2) • Sales mindset and initiative • Strong communication skills • Experience in sales or customer care (advantageous) • Experience with CRM systems (advantageous) • Upload a CV in PDF format, preferably in English
