📋 Description

• Ensure customer network environment compatibility with GoTo unified communications and collaboration products • Work overnight shifts on weekends and/or variable hours during the week as needed • Onboard accounts within company SLAs • Ensure customer satisfaction and confidence throughout the setup process • Serve as the lead technical contact for troubleshooting and product integration in client environments • Integrate existing customer equipment with the cloud PBX system • Develop APIs and automate services based on customer requirements • Perform AD, LDAP, and SSO integrations • Integrate external solutions compatible with GoTo products • Maintain continuous technical and sales/soft-skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Network Support, emphasizing Routing and Switching and Unified Communications • Cisco, Python, Juniper, and Microsoft certifications are a plus • Excellent communication and time-management skills • Ability to develop and maintain close customer relationships and work within a team • Flexible availability • Ability to perform AD, LDAP, and SSO integrations • Ability to integrate external solutions compatible with GoTo products • Experience with Communications/Voice over IP/Video over IP, SIP, Asterisk, and firewalls/network security • Experience with automation, Python, REST API, and Postman is a plus • Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and write clearly in a professional environment
