📋 Description

• Lead the commercial management of projects and ensure their timely, economically successful delivery • Plan, monitor, and manage project budgets and timelines • Prepare forecasts, variance analyses, and financial reports to support management decision-making • Perform company-wide and project controlling across all relevant initiatives • Issue invoices to customers and cooperation partners, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes • Manage suppliers and handle commercial contract administration • Work closely with project leads, the PMO, and executive management • Act as a financial management sparring partner for project owners • Further develop controlling tools and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent degree in Business Administration or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, ideally in a technology, consulting, or public-sector environment • Confident use of controlling tools, financial analyses, and standard reporting tools • Strong understanding of project structures, business contexts, and funding mechanisms • High level of commercial accuracy combined with a proactive, solution-oriented working style • Excellent written and spoken German and English
