📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise and mid‑market clients. • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to proposal and close. • Build and maintain a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline. • Develop strategic entry approaches for complex organizations. • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients. • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional programs, multi‑year engagements, coaching, and digital learning. • Partner with clients to shape long-term leadership and learning roadmaps. • Support renewals by demonstrating measurable value and impact. • Conduct discovery to understand business, leadership, performance, culture, and inclusion challenges. • Recommend tailored GP Strategies solutions—from facilitator-led programs to coaching, live, virtual and digital learning. • Deliver compelling proposals linked to measurable outcomes and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in B2B consultative sales or account management. • Experience selling learning solutions, professional services, or HR/talent offerings is a strong advantage. • A track record of hunting for new business while expanding existing accounts. • Experience selling into enterprise or mid‑market organizations. • Strong discovery, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
