📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) • Build and manage complex Power Automate workflows, including approvals, error handling, and integrations • Administer Power Platform environments, including Dev/Test/Prod strategy and solution deployments • Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content types • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Outlook, Planner, and OneDrive • Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors • Support AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and other applicable AI tooling • Enforce platform standards, documentation, and development best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Mentor and guide citizen developers while maintaining governance controls • Influence solution architecture, development standards, platform adoption, strategy, and governance across Corporate Services

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing or delivering enterprise applications, including at least 2 years on Microsoft Power Platform • Ability to design scalable low-code solutions for complex business scenarios • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Expert knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse • Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security roles • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and Azure services • Knowledge of ALM, Dev/Test/Prod environments, and governance best practices • Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-enabled automation is an advantage • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proactive, collaborative, quality-focused, and continuous-improvement-oriented mindset
