📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Build and manage complex workflows using Power Automate, including approvals, error handling, and integrations. • Administer Power Platform environments, including Dev/Test/Prod strategy and solution deployments. • Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content types. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Planner, OneDrive). • Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors. • Support AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and any other AI tooling as applicable. • Enforce platform standards, documentation, and development best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Mentor and guide citizen developers while maintaining governance controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing or delivering enterprise applications, with at least 2 years on Microsoft Power Platform. • Proven ability to design scalable low-code solutions for complex business scenarios. • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements discovery skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Expert knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, and security roles. • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. • Knowledge of ALM, Dev/Test/Prod environments, and governance best practices. • Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI-enabled automation is an advantage.
