📋 Description

• Lead strategy, planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination for the Digital & Sustainability Team • Handle special projects across the team portfolio • Orchestrate P&L achievement under GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting • Assist in developing and implementing short- and long-term strategic plans • Analyze customer and partner behavior and conduct market research to generate applicable insights • Lead performance management and track progress of levers, key strategic projects, and growth hacks • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables • Support process improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiency opportunities • Lead special projects in the Digital and Sustainability Team • Report to the Director, Digital & Sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field • At least 8+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, consulting, project management, or a similar field • Strong analytical mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets • Proficiency in Google Sheets • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL • Proven AI hack/proficiency • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects • Experience in P&L management
