⢠Independently manage and execute in-person events across EMEA and eventually APJ ⢠Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, negotiation, contracting, vendor coordination, booth design and setup, and on-site execution ⢠Own event project management, timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications ⢠Define and track event success metrics; deliver post-event analysis and actionable improvements ⢠Create, review, and approve event assets including signage, collateral, presentations, and registration experiences ⢠Leverage and build AI and automation tools to improve planning, execution, and reporting ⢠Identify risks and resolve issues proactively through real-time problem-solving and on-site decision-making ⢠Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams ⢠Guide junior team members, contractors, and agency partners while remaining hands-on ⢠Manage vendor negotiations and exercise budget and commercial judgment
⢠Located in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany ⢠4+ years of direct event management experience ⢠End-to-end ownership of hosted conferences and third-party conference sponsorships ⢠Experience with venue sourcing, negotiation, contracting, budget ownership and reconciliation, vendor management, registration build, on-site delivery, and post-event analysis ⢠Primary on-site lead experience for in-person events ⢠Willingness to travel by plane approximately 40 percent, including long-haul travel to APJ and occasional work across APJ/AMER time zones ⢠Curiosity and adaptability in adopting new marketing technologies, including AI-driven tools such as Claude Code ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ⢠Ability to manage multiple concurrent events with competing deadlines and shifting priorities ⢠Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills ⢠Problem-solving and sound decision-making skills ⢠Proficiency in Zuddl or similar registration platforms ⢠Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
