📋 Description

• Code new features and enhance the operational experience of developed systems • Iteratively improve systems based on production insights • Author, contribute to, and review design documents • Take an active role in shaping the roadmap • Mentor and support other team members • Collaborate with different teams across the organization • Participate in weekday 12h x 5d and separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations • Refactor Grafana’s core architecture for multi-tenancy, scalability, and standardized Cloud app support • Plan and roll out changes safely to avoid service disruptions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong coding skills and operational experience, including responsibility for operating software built • Experience working on a SaaS platform • Experience with distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability and willingness to work across teams and align plans with squads and external stakeholders • Pragmatic approach, prioritizing progress over perfection and handling ambiguity • Familiarity with Golang or enthusiasm to learn it
