• Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and industry communities • Screening applications and conducting initial outreach to prospective candidates • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers • Maintaining accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system • Supporting the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping, and pipeline management • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns • Participating in team meetings, interview debriefs, and hiring strategy discussions • Helping improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the hiring journey
• Are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, creator economy, influencer marketing, or startups • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once • Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn • Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Have strong attention to detail and administrative skills • Bonus: Have experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or community building • Bonus: Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools
