• Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals • Collaborate with District Leaders to drive revenue growth across Grantek and expand new business opportunities on the West Coast • Partner with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services • Lead RFPs/Proposals and strategic proposal development to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Implement lead generation tactics including market research, networking, and outreach • Engage in company decisions, support strategy development, and foster a positive work environment • Travel up to 50% across North America as required
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management • Experience within automation Industry would be considered as an asset • An individual with a post-secondary education in Engineering would be preferred • Demonstrates skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships • Be flexible with travel, which can be expected to range up to 50% across North America
