• Drive revenue through pipeline creation by finding and qualifying enterprise prospects • Use outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email) to identify and engage potential customers • Collaborate with Account Executives to generate, expand, and nurture opportunities • Work with team members on strategy to reach the right people at the right time in large enterprises • Connect qualified leads to Account Executives • Complete a diligent training curriculum to master sales and UX Research industry skills • Contribute to talent development and grow as a sales professional internally
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, ideally selling SAAS software to B2B enterprise customers • Discipline to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup • Passion for the Research industry or drive to learn the business • Self-motivated; thrives in ambiguity and proactively solves problems • Clear career goals for the next 1-3 years and desire for a career in sales • Customer-centric mindset • High conviction and commitment to high standards • Collaborative yet competitive team-first mindset • Familiarity with outbound prospecting techniques (calls, LinkedIn, email) preferred
