📋 Description

• Build and maintain infrastructure for development and GitHub Actions-based CI/CD • Automate workflows with Python, Go, Bash, and YAML • Develop and operate internal tooling and platforms • Design, maintain, and improve GitHub Actions workflows for deployment, testing, and release automation • Provide and manage data for engineering and analysis • Support engineering teams through CI/CD, automation, internal tooling, and platform operations • Participate in coding challenge and technical interview process as part of the role’s hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role within a software development organization • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Experience with reusable workflows, self-hosted runners, secrets management, and workflow optimization • Experience administering Linux-based systems • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and relational databases • Experience with scripting and automation, preferably using Python or Bash • Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Helm, or strong willingness to learn • Structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working • Passion for improving automation, reliability, and developer experience • Strong collaboration and communication skills in English • Ability to work effectively across development and operations teams • German would be a plus
