âą Strong spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent required; confidence on the phone is essential) âą Comfortable making 70â100+ cold calls per day âą Experience in BDR/SDR, call centers, outbound sales, or real estate appointment-setting âą Ability to work during U.S. hours (full or partial overlap required) âą Coachable, competitive, and motivated by targets/commissions âą Bonus: Familiar with browser-based tech stacks > Google Drive, WhatsApp, Google Voice, LinkedIn, etc âą Bonus: Experience calling into the U.S. market or property management sector âą Bonus: Familiarity with multifamily, leasing, operations, or prop-tech
