📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of data conversion, data extraction, and lab interface projects • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party partners • Gather, validate, and document project requirements across data migration and integration initiatives • Support onboarding activities, including data intake, system setup, and project kickoff • Facilitate preparation and management of service orders, agreements, and required documentation • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution • Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Finance teams to align on feasibility, scope, and delivery • Oversee communication with clients, including status updates, expectations, and issue resolution • Ensure proper handling of data workflows, including migration, extraction, and interface setup processes • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed • Maintain accurate records in project tracking systems (e.g., Jira)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or health IT • Experience with data migration, data extraction, or system integrations is preferred • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows is an asset • Basic understanding of integration standards (e.g., HL7, APIs, file-based exchange) is a plus • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, CRM systems)
