📋 Description

• Lead and oversee strategic recruitment processes, including proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and workforce planning • Serve as a consultative partner to department heads and executives • Provide insights and solutions to hiring challenges • Build long-term recruitment plans aligned with business goals • Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers • Define ideal candidate profiles and assess role criticality • Align with hiring managers on recruitment strategies • Design and implement targeted sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Indeed, and niche job boards • Conduct behavioral and structured interviews • Assess candidates for skillset and culture fit • Review, update, and optimize job descriptions according to market trends and company branding • Administer hiring assessments and analyze candidate performance • Monitor and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates • Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruitment assistants • Explore and introduce new tools, methods, and channels to improve recruitment effectiveness and employer branding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in strategic and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or international setting • Strong background in sourcing executive, specialist, and volume positions across various departments • Demonstrated expertise using ATS, such as BambooHR • Demonstrated expertise using sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, OnlineJobs.ph, and Indeed • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Sheets, and Docs • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders • High degree of initiative and autonomy • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions • Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive hiring information confidentially
