📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the technical operation of the AI-powered learning platform • Ensure the quality of new features and the underlying infrastructure • Act as the interface between Product, Technology, and AI services • Actively contribute to product strategy development • Translate the Psychology Team’s content requirements into technical solutions • Coordinate between the Psychology Team, backend, and frontend development • Provide updates on development progress and ensure a shared understanding • Contribute to the product roadmap based on testing, support, and technology scouting • Prioritize upcoming implementations • Systematically test new features, identify issues early, and make go-live decisions • Establish and continuously improve QA processes • Systematically test the frontend and backend when errors occur and verify fixes • Use the ticketing system to ensure clarity and traceability • Administer the Google Cloud environment and access to third-party AI providers • Manage projects, permissions, quotas, and costs • Configure and integrate new platforms and AI services • Ensure secure, well-documented, and scalable infrastructure • Respond to user inquiries and provide support with technical issues • Analyze inquiries, feedback, and usage data; identify bugs; and derive improvements to the learning experience • Monitor the market for LLMs, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and video avatars • Evaluate new models and tools and provide well-founded recommendations for advancing the AI stack

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background and a completed university degree • Technical aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics • Interest in generative AI and willingness to develop a deep technical understanding of the product and platforms • Fluent German and English • Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration between the Psychology Team, Development, and users • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, provide clear and constructive feedback, and document information in a comprehensible manner • Independent, solution-oriented working style • Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment characterized by flexibility, speed, and the opportunity to shape things • Experience administering cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud • Experience managing access, permissions, and projects • Initial professional experience in technical product management, IT administration, cloud, or QA/testing is a plus • Software development experience is welcome • Experience working remotely and strong self-organization when working away from company locations
