📋 Description
• Coordinate projects with Project Manager and current Project Coordinator • Lead working sessions and meetings • Implement, configure, and maintain internal tools and workflows • Build and improve automations using various tools • Connect tools and systems for smooth data flow • Create and maintain documentation for processes and tools • Monitor existing tools and automations, troubleshoot issues
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year of experience in Project Coordination or Continuous improvement roles • Experienced working remotely, ideally in a startup or remote-first company • Working / conversational English • Strong organization, problem-solving, communication skills • Genuine interest in AI and automation • Studies in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields
