📋 Description

• Supporting customers and users via email, phone, and digital support channels • Answering questions about products and digital processes • Working with customers to find suitable solutions • Analyzing and documenting support requests • Handling support requests in a structured manner • Identifying recurring issues and sharing feedback with product and development teams • Supporting the optimization of support processes • Continuously improving service quality • Collaborating closely with other departments • Supporting the ongoing development of customer communications

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in customer service, support, or a comparable role; career changers are also welcome • Strong service and customer focus • Friendly, confident, and solution-oriented communication skills • Willingness to learn about new digital products and technical contexts • Structured and independent way of working • Team player with an active, hands-on approach • Very good written and spoken German • Good English skills are an advantage
