• Focus on servicing major accounts (retail chains); • Client prospecting: actively seek new customers using a variety of strategies; • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of each prospective client; • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, and other contractual conditions with the goal of closing profitable deals for both parties; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively managing all stages of the sales process; • Providing customer support: deliver after‑sales support, resolving any customer issues or questions and ensuring ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivate trust, understand client needs, and remain available to assist, thereby promoting brand loyalty.
• Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives (Conselho Regional dos Representantes); • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margins, production costs, and ROI; • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service; • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media); • Customer relationship management skills; • Availability to travel within the Campinas and São Paulo regions (SP).
