• Client prospecting: actively seek new clients using various strategies; • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting the approach to the specific needs of each prospective client; • Commercial negotiation: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions with the aim of closing mutually profitable sales; • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively following up on all stages; • Providing customer support: provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues or questions and ensuring ongoing satisfaction; • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivating trust, understanding needs and being available to assist, thereby fostering brand loyalty.
• Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives; • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margins, production costs and ROI; • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service; • Prior sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail; • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media); • Customer relationship management skills; • Availability to travel within the São José do Rio Preto, Votuporanga, Fernandópolis and Araçatuba regions (São Paulo state).
