📋 Description

• Create and edit videos for upsell pages, downsell pages, VSLs, and email marketing campaigns, focusing on maximizing conversion and engagement. • Develop creative approaches to communicate brand messages effectively through persuasive audiovisual content. • Create digital graphics, transitions, effects, and visual elements that enhance the impact and quality of marketing videos. • Work closely with copywriters and analysts to align visual content with CRO strategies and conversion objectives. • Monitor video engagement metrics and provide insights for the continuous optimization of audiovisual content. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and close attention to quality and detail. • Stay up to date with video marketing trends and emerging techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Tools: Advanced Premiere Pro, AI-generated UGC, lip-sync generation, voice cloning. • Proven experience editing videos for digital marketing and conversion campaigns. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to align visual content with conversion objectives. • Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and audiovisual persuasion techniques. • Advanced knowledge of creating avatars and videos using artificial intelligence. • Skills in color correction, audio balancing, and synchronization. • Analytical ability to interpret video performance metrics. • Equipment and infrastructure to work from home, including a personal computer and stable internet connection. • English — Level 4. • Technical education. • Contractor engagement under a Brazilian legal-entity (PJ) arrangement; having a CNPJ is asked about during the selection process but is not marked as an elimination requirement.
