📋 Description

• **Data Management and Monitoring:** Maintain and update our dashboards (focused on sales points and portfolio), ensuring the team has clear visibility to make the best decisions. • **Product Lifecycle:** Manage product DE/PARAs and closely monitor the repacking (new packaging) processes for our brands. • **Tool Interface:** Lead the management of the Gobots tool, compiling and reporting updates to responses on a weekly basis. • **Marketplace Operation & Reputation:** Directly manage our brands' reputation on marketplaces, ensuring daily execution of the operational dispute process. • **Approvals and Control:** Support the channel by reviewing and approving cancellations on Shopee.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields). • Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile. • **Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets** (able to manipulate data, build reports, and update pivot tables/charts). • Basic SQL, GCP, and Data Studio are considered differentiators.
