📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People interface for business areas • Support leaders in structuring and leading change processes • Ensure execution of HR subsystems and cycles, including performance reviews, calibration, compensation cycles, attraction, engagement, and succession planning • Translate vague business pain points from the directorates into pragmatic, actionable People plans • Act as a sparring partner and mentor to executives, driving maturity in team management • Structure and support organizational changes, aligning business outcomes with people development, engagement, and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Expert HR Business Partner • Hands-on experience in change management projects, organizational restructuring, or accelerated turnaround scenarios • Strong analytical ability to connect people data to business metrics • Ability to navigate and influence senior leadership • Proactive, forward-looking mindset, seeking growth levers and long-term structural solutions • Ability to translate abstract business problems into modular, structured, and executable action plans • Autonomy and resilience, focused on delivering high-quality work on time • Ability to plan agendas, coordinate stakeholders, and create clear, targeted materials • Ability to build trust with stakeholders and propose people solutions to real business problems
