📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of franchisees, acting as the focal point for support, inquiries and guidance about FVC products. • Build and maintain close relationships with franchisees, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. • Monitor performance and usage data for FVC products, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement to report to management. • Support the implementation of strategies defined by leadership to maximize franchisee results. • Track portfolio KPIs against targets and prepare clear reports. • Assist with the adoption and expansion plan for FVC products, presenting benefits and supporting the process. • Apply standardized service and management processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service. • Collect feedback, questions and suggestions from franchisees and route them to the appropriate teams. • Coordinate with support and internal teams to resolve franchisee requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related fields. • Ability to read and interpret data using SQL, Looker and Tableau. • Proficiency with Google Sheets (spreadsheets and presentations). • Experience creating and delivering executive-level materials. • Experience with artificial intelligence tools (NotebookLM, Gemini, etc.). • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks and solve day-to-day problems. • Clear, didactic and empathetic communication, both verbal and written. • Ability to analyze performance data, identify basic patterns and assist in problem solving. • Customer-success and target/KPI-oriented mindset. • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with franchisees and colleagues. • Interest in continuous learning about products, processes and the franchisee's business. • Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and daily demands. • Willingness to travel occasionally for franchisee visits, team events and planning meetings.
