📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between clients' business needs and technological solutions developed by engineering teams • Apply agile and Lean thinking to transform complex problems into clear user stories and ensure continuous value delivery • Collaborate directly with Product Owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams • Understand and map user journeys and business objectives • Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional technical specifications • Write user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, including BDD/Gherkin, and support backlog prioritization • Ensure development teams understand the purpose and business impact of each delivery • Identify bottlenecks in current client processes and propose continuous improvements based on data and service design best practices • Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables • Work with product, engineering, and design teams to align with business goals • Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning • Identify risks, opportunities, and business-process optimization areas

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT • Understand business and technical requirements • Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables • Work with product, engineering, and design teams to align with business goals • Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with project management tools such as Jira • Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, task management, and planning skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Ability to independently engage all stakeholders at onsite and offshore • Good technical knowledge of APIs, databases, or systems architecture is a differential • Certifications in agility or business analysis, such as CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CBAP, are good to have
