📋 Description

• Organize and coordinate the workflow between departments • Ensure requests are assigned correctly and monitored through to final delivery • Monitor deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery • Facilitate communication between teams to avoid rework and misalignment • Identify process bottlenecks and propose operational improvements • Act as a bridge between departments, promoting efficiency and productivity in the agency's internal routines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience organizing editorial/agenda workflows for multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of agency routines and ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) • Experience in marketing/advertising agencies as a traffic manager or project manager • Degree in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing (in progress or completed) • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous requests • Proficiency with task and project management tools (e.g., Runrun.it, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) • Plus: MBA or specialization in project management
