📋 Description

• Create and evolve digital products for Grupo Boticário's stores and franchises • Act as a technical reference and promote a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance environment • Work with the Tech Manager to manage priorities, technical debt and strategic planning • Collaborate with leaders from other areas to ensure platform consistency and technological integration • Monitor the development lifecycle, propose improvements and make complex technical decisions • Lead the creation and maintenance of technical documentation • Mentor developers and support Individual Development Plans • Share knowledge through hands-on sessions, pair programming and technical forums • Foster networking and the exchange of best practices across teams • Lead ADRs, refinement sessions and high-level technical discussions • Design and review architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, cost and resilience • Improve code review practices, branching and versioning • Monitor alerts, dashboards, code quality, hotspots and technical debt • Lead War Rooms and guide postmortems with preventive and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Flutter, including state management, navigation, architecture and API consumption • Deep experience with mobile application lifecycle, UX/UI, performance and optimization • Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, error handling, authentication and asynchronous data • Strong experience with automated unit and widget testing • Proficiency with Git and workflows such as Gitflow, Trunk-based or similar • Experience working with Scrum or Kanban • Excellent ability to communicate and translate requirements between business/product and technical teams • Ability to participate in backend architecture discussions and work with stacks beyond Flutter • Experience with customer service, sales, POS systems or retail/franchise solutions • Experience with micro-frontends or shared packages/components in Flutter • Experience with mobile observability metrics/tools such as Crashlytics, Dynatrace or Datadog
