📋 Description

• Management of Online Channels: will monitor both business and financial indicators monthly for the Beleza na Web online channels, working directly with business partners to understand variances and identify opportunities. • Planning: annually will develop the channels' plan (budget), also participating in its quarterly reviews. • New Solutions: on an ad-hoc basis, aligned with business strategy and channel teams, will lead the development of business plans (BPs) for new initiatives and performance-improvement levers. • Executive Presentations: will prepare and present executive materials in committees with business and finance leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial planning (FP&A) is required. Technical knowledge is necessary regarding the preparation and management of financial statements: Income Statement (P&L), cash flow statement, and balance sheet. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect financial management processes with business strategy. • Hands-on profile: curious, resilient, collaborative, and able to work autonomously. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership. • Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive materials for decision-making.
