📋 Description

• Support the category’s strategic planning initiatives, including brand and portfolio strategy • Assist in developing new products that address market gaps and strategic opportunities, from concept development and briefing through launch and market availability • Develop product concepts and a 360-degree product vision to ensure consistent, compelling, and successful launches • Conduct market and competitive analyses, including portfolio, pricing, and product attributes • Analyze national and international trends in men’s grooming and beauty • Analyze product and brand costs and margins • Lead relationships with strategic agencies and suppliers • Manage the brand’s consumer insights and monitor consumer needs and behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • Previous professional experience in Marketing or Category Management • Experience in project management or product development • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze markets, competitors, and trends • Strategic 360-degree perspective • Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams • Strong negotiation, organizational, and planning skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating PowerPoint presentations
