📋 Description

• Manage software development team members, supporting their growth through regular 1:1 sessions and frequent feedback • Facilitate ceremonies associated with the squad’s adopted methodology, such as planning sessions, refinement sessions, and retrospectives • Remove team impediments • Navigate the organization to identify opportunities and key roles essential to the team’s success • Coordinate initiatives involving one or more teams to ensure product success • Conduct stakeholder sessions to present results, gather feedback, and align on the product roadmap • Build the squad’s vision and mission together with team members • Track product and business metrics • Participate in product discovery processes • Help define the product/squad objectives and key metrics, and present results to stakeholders (OKRs)

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading software development teams for digital products • Experience improving processes, products, or services • Knowledge of facilitation and problem-solving techniques • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Experience leading teams through technology and/or process modernization or migration • Experience with financial systems and an understanding of credit is a plus
