📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and technical leaders through 1:1s and continuous feedback. • Foster a culture of best practices, continuous learning, and team autonomy. • Contribute to defining the technology strategy, product roadmap, and OKRs by connecting technical decisions to business objectives. • Collaborate with Product and Design to enable appropriate solutions aligned with the business vision and free of unnecessary complexity. • Track product metrics and provide stakeholders with visibility into progress against results. • Ensure team predictability and capacity, as well as timely completion of the backlog. • Coordinate cross-functional, multi-team initiatives and remove critical impediments. • Ensure the use of scalable, sustainable architectures that support company growth. • Ensure root-cause resolution for complex incidents and uphold software quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in Software Engineering, large-scale systems architecture, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Hands-on experience with information security, sensitive data protection, and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD data protection law. • Advanced knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, satellite solution projects, and integration through third-party APIs. • Track record of leading complex transformation programs with significant interdependencies. • Ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Previous experience with HR systems (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting and Selection, Performance) or migrating legacy HR systems to the cloud. • Advanced knowledge of microservices, REST, event-driven architecture, monitoring, and logging. • Strong command of data architecture and modeling for transactional and analytical systems.
