📋 Description

• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical leads to translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Design, develop, and optimize data models supporting business processes and reporting needs • Produce and maintain technical design documentation, including architecture diagrams and detailed specifications • Lead and manage development teams, tracking tasks, priorities, and deliverables through JIRA or similar tools • Oversee project progress, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations • Promote knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and apply development best practices • Define, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines • Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, and best practices • Serve as a technical reference for problem-solving and complex decision-making • Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, manage expectations, and maintain transparency throughout development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Proven experience working with functional consultants and technical leaders in requirement gathering and solution design • Strong expertise in data modeling and database design • Solid experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation • Demonstrated experience in team management, process organization, and task tracking using JIRA or similar tools • Experience in organizing, mentoring, and enabling development teams through knowledge sharing practices • Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and tools • Advanced technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL • Practical experience with Oracle technologies, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS or APEX, BIP (BI Publisher), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
