📋 Description

• Attend to customers online or by phone, identifying their needs; • Prepare quotes and sales proposals; • Complete, submit and track customer registrations with financial institutions; • Request, when necessary, appraisal of trade‑in vehicles during the sales negotiation; • Coordinate and track the vehicle delivery process, including paperwork/registration agent services (despachante) and insurance; • Contact the customer after delivery to confirm everything was completed satisfactorily; • Re-engage past customers in the system for prospecting; • Participate in fairs and exhibitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with online sales • Valid driver's license (category B - CNH) • Completed high school (secondary education) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Previous sales experience, preferably at a dealership • Clear and concise communication • Strong organizational skills • Flexibility and creativity • Proactive and eager to learn • Digitally savvy • Empathy and the ability to build rapport in sales • Skilled in negotiations • Comfortable handling objections effectively
