📋 Description

• Conduct customer interactions focused on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel • Provide support to customers across multiple channels, such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; university studies in progress will be considered a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior experience in customer service, sales, and/or customer retention is desirable • Good proficiency with digital channels • Ability to work with different customer service systems • Demonstrated agility and commitment to delivering results • Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation ability, and commitment to excellent service • Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the Metropolitan Region • Experience in newspaper sales is a plus
