📋 Description

• Deputise for the operational daily management of the restaurant • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service objectives • Actively contribute to daily operations • Duty scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including managing restaurant KPIs • Conduct recruitment interviews and select new staff • Deliver employee training

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the hospitality or hotel sector • Strong German language skills – at least C1 level • Experience in leading teams • You are both a motivator and a reliable point of contact for your team • An eye for talent and potential • Service-oriented approach to work
