📋 Description

• Monitor AI/ML models and AI agents in production, including performance, latency, availability, errors, drift, and data quality • Design and maintain AI/ML observability, dashboards, alerts, logs, and operational KPIs • Manage model and AI application deployment, versioning, CI/CD, rollback, and lifecycle • Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis • Support MLOps / ModelOps / LLMOps processes across Dev, Test, and Production • Operate GenAI/LLM solutions, including RAG, embeddings, prompt workflows, and AI agents • Implement monitoring for LLM quality, hallucinations, latency, token usage, cost, and reliability • Maintain model metadata, lineage, approvals, audit trails, and governance controls • Work with cloud-native technologies, containers, APIs, and event-driven architectures • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Security, Risk, and Governance teams to standardize AI production practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or Platform Engineering • Strong Python skills and production software engineering experience • 3+ years of hands-on MLOps / ML Platform / ModelOps experience preferred • Experience deploying and operating ML models in production • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting • Experience with Azure strongly preferred • Experience with tools such as Azure ML, MLflow, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana, Databricks, or equivalent • Understanding of cloud-native architecture, observability, and production reliability • AI experience required • GenAI/LLM experience strongly preferred • Experience with LLM applications / Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, AI Agents / Agentic AI, prompt engineering and evaluation, embeddings and vector databases, LLM observability and evaluation, or AI safety, guardrails, or Responsible AI • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential (will be evaluated) • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must live in Mexico • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
