📋 Description

• Maintain SAP systems and ensure availability, stability, and performance • Perform and coordinate installations, upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and technical maintenance • Monitor SAP environments and proactively identify and resolve production issues • Manage users, roles, authorizations, and access-related activities • Manage transports and support SAP landscape activities across DEV, QA, and PRD • Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Coordinate database and infrastructure activities with technical teams • Document incidents, changes, procedures, and technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including production support • Fluent English, written and conversational • Advanced conversational English and Spanish; language proficiency will be evaluated • Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates • Experience with client copies, system refreshes, and SAP landscape management across DEV/QA/PRD • Experience with SAP system monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Experience with SAP Transport Management • Experience with SAP User Administration, Roles & Authorizations, and access management • Experience with SAP security policies and best practices • Experience supporting SAP databases and coordinating with DBA, OS, infrastructure, and network teams • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues in production and coordinate escalations • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, or similar monitoring tools • Experience supporting high-availability or business-critical SAP environments • If a foreigner residing in Mexico, valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Visa to work in Mexico
