📋 Description

• Design, configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP EWM solutions within S/4HANA environments • Work with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and Public Edition, supporting warehouse and supply chain processes • Analyze and resolve production issues using ticketing systems, IRT processes, and SLA requirements • Identify root causes of technical and functional issues and implement effective solutions • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve complex EWM issues • Translate technical concepts and solutions into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders • Participate in solution improvements, process optimization, and continuous support activities • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to other team members • Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to system stability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition, with a strong focus on EWM and Supply Chain Management • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition EWM • Strong understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes and integration with Supply Chain Management • Experience supporting SAP EWM in production environments • Strong experience with incident, ticket, IRT, and SLA-based support processes • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis • Experience working directly with business users and cross-functional technical teams • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a support environment • SAP S/4HANA EWM certification – Public or Private Edition preferred • Experience with SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements preferred • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or training to other team members preferred • Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives • Fluent English, both spoken and written • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential (will be evaluated) • If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC • Visa to work in Mexico
