📋 Description

• Provide operational and technical support using various ticketing tools • Maintain Incident Response Time (IRT) and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Lead initiatives and train team members within logistics and warehouse operations teams • Identify and resolve complex system and operational issues • Explain technical SAP EWM and S/4HANA concepts to non-technical business stakeholders • Optimize extended warehouse and supply chain management operations • Collaborate with global teams on end-to-end digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Editions • 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Editions focusing on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) • Active certification in SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Edition EWM • Strong experience providing support, managing ticketing tools, and meeting Incident Response Time (IRT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Demonstrated leadership and training abilities • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Fluent spoken and written English • Advanced Spanish • Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills
