📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Talent initiatives • Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities • Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems • Develop business documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements • Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources throughout the project lifecycle • Identify and resolve functional issues while supporting continuous process and system improvements • Support change management and end-user adoption for new processes and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting HR or Talent Management systems • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Experience supporting system integrations and HR technology projects • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus • Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality • Experience with data integration concepts, including APIs, ETL processes, and data mapping • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential (will be evaluated) • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in Mexico and have a visa to work in Mexico
