📋 Description

• Serve as a critical bridge between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams • Deliver scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization with Product Owners and development teams • Define future-state capabilities, assess impacts, model processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to business outcomes • Analyze system interactions, data flows, and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure • Define requirements for AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation • Promote responsible and ethical AI use • Facilitate communication, manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguities, and present proposals to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments, focusing on enterprise-scale products • Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and process modeling tools (Visio/Miro) • Power BI preferred • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, RAG workflows, and AI governance • Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe (POPM or Agilist) • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in México • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
