📋 Description

• Develop, qualify, and advance opportunities across priority defence markets to drive revenue growth • Build and manage relationships globally with key stakeholders and partners • Define win strategies aligned to customer needs and procurement pathways • Lead development of proposals, including structure, messaging, and pricing inputs • Drive opportunities through complex, long-cycle procurement processes to contract award • Support positioning of OCIANA within existing defence programs, primes and integrators

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a technology environment and/or 10 years in defence, government, or complex B2G environments • Proven ability to build relationships and advance high-value opportunities by engaging senior stakeholders across government, military, and industry • Significant prior experience working within NATO, Five Eyes, or allied government environments • Strong understanding of procurement and capture processes • Experience leading capture, bid strategy, or program positioning activities
