📋 Description

• Manage 25–30 member relationships and participate in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives • Help members achieve Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging appropriate Gartner assets • Create service solutions for members and multi-member accounts using subject matter expertise • Assess member needs and develop customized engagement plans aligned with product strategy and deliverables • Define and deliver innovative solutions • Define and conduct on-site client briefings supporting key initiatives • Participate throughout the member lifecycle, including pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal • Drive member retention and support regional growth through prospect cultivation, account planning, and value demonstration • Host and participate in onsite member activities, workshops, research analyst visits, round tables, and webinars • Provide actionable, outcome-based business and technical advice to members • Build strategic internal partnerships and positively impact change • Establish trust and deliver value in a client-facing executive role

🎯 Requirements

• University graduate; Master's preferred • 10+ years of working experience • 5+ years working in a senior Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement, or IT Finance role, or 5+ years in another SVM or Procurement area • In-depth understanding of the IT industry, vendors, suppliers, and senior SVM, procurement, Finance, and IT leadership • Experience with strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, metrics application, and major industry trends • Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience providing actionable, outcome-based business and technical advice • Excellent relationship management skills with senior technology, business, and C-level leaders • Experience coaching and mentoring senior-level leaders • Collaboration and team leadership skills • Strong time and client portfolio management skills • Willingness to travel 25% and upwards • Ability to work with minimal administrative support • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • High executive presence and ability to build trust
