📋 Description

• Develop AI models focused on research and intelligent recommendation of activity codes. • Implement routines for automated extraction of quantities from 3D engineering models. • Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) integrated with the Microsoft Azure environment. • Conduct exploratory analyses on price history and market references. • Collaborate with the architect and developers to integrate AI/data models into the application via APIs. • Monitor the performance, quality and accuracy of models in production. • Document models, data sources, technical decisions and trade-offs adopted. • Participate in the squad's agile ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields. • Experience with Python and Machine Learning / Data Science libraries. • Knowledge of data and AI services in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Databricks). • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL Database). • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads. • Knowledge of BIM and platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a plus. • Experience with NLP techniques applied to search and item recommendation is a plus. • Experience in CAPEX projects or engineering cost estimation is a plus.
