📋 Description

• Design and deliver applied AI solutions for clients • Work directly with clients through discovery and design • Define patterns and specifications for the prompt-development pod • Establish evaluation criteria and measure solution quality • Advise clients on AI readiness and deployment • Contribute to Caravel's AI accelerators and offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML, data science, or applied AI engineering • Strong Python and modern AI tooling • Experience with RAG, embeddings/vector stores • At least one major LLM provider or framework • Client-facing skills • Fluent English • Pragmatic, outcomes-first approach • Bonus points for consulting or professional-services background • Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce) • Experience with evaluation frameworks and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps
