📋 Description

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via email, chat, and phone • Resolve booking-related issues, including date changes, payment errors, and double bookings • Act as the first point of contact for guests with active reservations • Coordinate with local teams to solve urgent maintenance, cleaning, Wi-Fi, and other problems • Follow up to ensure guests’ issues are fully resolved • Learn and use GuestReady’s tools and processes to handle cases efficiently • Delight guests by offering tips, arranging special requests, or creative solutions • Support guests during European night hours as part of the Night Operations Team

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English • Spanish/French is a plus • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles • Proactive, independent, and problem-solving mindset • Comfortable with digital tools and tech platforms • Available to work European night hours • Positive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Philippines-based
