• Source passive candidates for Loan Officer, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager positions • Utilize text message, video, and digital marketing for recruiting • Develop and maintain networks with Loan Officers and Branch Managers • Conduct interviews and screenings for candidates • Manage recruiting activity and document business plans • Guide candidates through the onboarding process • Advocate for candidates while balancing business priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of three years’ experience as a recruiter in the mortgage industry • Proven success cold calling candidates and overcoming objections • Prior experience in project management • Expert-level knowledge of mortgage business • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong detail orientation and highly organized • Proficiency with data entry and CRMs • Intermediate math skills • Ethical, with a commitment to company values
