📋 Description

• Own the global product strategy for the Talent Management domain • Define and maintain a multi-year product roadmap • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across planning, build, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement • Establish and maintain global governance and standards for Talent Management • Make global decisions on processes, platform configuration, enhancements, and optimisation • Oversee requirements gathering, user story development, configuration, testing, deployment, and releases • Prioritise enhancements with HR Technology, Workforce Analytics, and Data teams • Manage the global Agile backlog of requirements, issues, enhancements, and improvements • Align Talent with other Global HR Products and the broader HR technology ecosystem • Document, standardise, and optimise global talent processes and workflows • Ensure compliance, security, confidentiality, data integrity, accessibility, and user access controls • Partner with teams to enable reliable talent insights and data-driven decision-making • Drive adoption and behaviour change with Talent teams, HR Business Partners, People Services, Communications, and business leaders • Lead communications, training, and change enablement for system changes and transformation programmes • Partner with regional leads for consistent global deployment and effective product use • Manage external vendor relationships, governance, business reviews, roadmaps, and contract renewals • Monitor vendor service-level performance and escalate issues • Report to the Vice President, HR Global Products • Travel across Europe and globally for stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in HR, HR Technology, Digital Product Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a senior Product Owner or Product Management role within HR, enterprise platforms, or HR IT consulting • Strong product management capability and deep knowledge of HR technology and/or employee experience platforms • Proven experience owning global HR Talent solutions within a complex, multinational organisation • Strong exposure to large-scale transformations, global rollouts, and operating model design • Experience operating effectively within a matrixed, global organisation • Strong decision-driving, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • High degree of ownership, resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity • Working knowledge of Jira and Agile backlog management is required • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and related HR technologies is preferred • Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, or HR Technology are preferred
