• 3–5 years of experience in active B2B sales (ideally in real estate, investment brokerage, or premium real estate services) • Hunter mentality: strong cold calling, systematic outbound approach, and proven ability to secure meetings and close deals • Professionally confident, ideally with solid knowledge of WEG (German Condominium Act) and tenancy law • Strong negotiation skills (C-level, banks, advisory boards) • Extremely resilient, self-driven, and enjoy entering new markets • Consistent CRM usage (HubSpot)
