📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for property owners and businesses regarding property management • Handle new inquiries and clarify requirements • Conduct consultation meetings and convert mandates into signed contracts • Escalate complex inquiries to the sales team • Arrange meetings with larger clients • Work in the CRM system and document conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in property management • Knowledge of WEG (condominium/homeowners' association) management and rental property management • Understanding of the annual cycle in property management • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Ability to conduct consultation meetings confidently • Structured working style and ability to keep track of numerous inquiries
